We only keep the message history and task state needed to complete your request and send updates.

• We store your phone number, message history, and linked request IDs.
• We use that data to manage your calls, keep our team in sync, and send updates.
• We may keep a small low-risk memory summary, such as your name, default city, operator preference, and call preferences.
• Text 'what do you remember?' to review saved memory, or 'forget me' to clear it.
• If you text STOP, we mark your conversation as opted out and stop sending automated updates.
• We do not need account creation for the basic text-to-call flow.
